This offer is limited to single vision stock lens powers, from -8.00 to +4.00 diopters, and up to -2.50 cylinders.
The way this works is you, the customer, send us the following 3 items, to

1. Any ordinary ophthalmic (spectacle, eyeglass, etc) frame, new or used (used frames must be in relatively good condition).
2. A copy of a spectacle prescription, including P.D. (pupillary distance). If you don't have your P.D., e-mail us for instructions.
3. A payment of cash, check or money order (made payable to Simplens.com) for an amount from this schedule:
A. CR-39 clear plastic: $25.00 (no coatings or tints)
B. Polycarbonate: $35.00 (anti-scratch and UV protection built in)
C. Standard anti-reflection coating: add $20 to the A or B prices.
D. Premium anti-reflection coating (much more scratch resistance than A, B, or C): add $40 to A or B
E. Transitions VI grey (newest photochromic) add $50 to A,B,C or D.
F. If your frame is fully rimless (drilled lenses), add $20 to A, B, C, D, or E.
G. If your frame is semi-rimless (grooved lens, fishline type mounting in the groove), add $10 to A,B,C,D, or E.
H. If your frame is valuable, add $10 to A,B,C,D,E,F or G for special handling and insured shipping back to you.
For non-stock lenses such as multifocals, other materials (high index, trivex, etc) or special features such as polarized or free-form surfacing, ask for a quote by e-mailing us at: william.e.stacy.xxx.gmail.com (you must replace the .xxx. with the @ symbol).

We will fabricate and install a high quality pair of plastic (CR-39) single vision lenses to your Rx, mount them in your frame, and send them back to you within one day if cash, money order or cashier's check, 10 days if personal or business check, shipping included. For overnight delivery or shipping outside the U.S.A., add $20.00. This special pricing is below what Costco, Sears, and J.C. Penny charges, and WAY below Lenscrafters pricing.
